People getting achievements done on our server

Tonight I was checking out our server again and saw some guys getting some achievements they still needed. As Ninja knows I've hunted them down allot but what is the perspective about people getting them easily on our server?

I've decided to join after that and saw some guys starting talking in French after me joining. Lif3-v2 got kicked for it as I don't talk that silly language. Still, some people join an empty server to get some assignments done, do we allow it or not?

Is targeting an assignment stat-padding? I really think that it is a grey area where we'll have to use our personal judgement.

Some things, such as a three-player shoot-revive scenario is just stat padding, but is advising someone how to get a target-designate-assist or allowing them in front to blow the IFV up for that assignment the same thing? Not sure. I'm inclined to say no.
