Tell us a bit about yourself! Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What kind of work do you do?
I am Jason Burton, Aged 17, almost 18 (November) from Northern Ireland. I am a very hard working young man who dedicates his time to helping others, before myself. I work as a game developer
and I have been doing this job for 2 years now. I have created websites and play World Of Warcraft, Starcraft 2 and other Blizzard titles in my spare time. I love raiding, it is a passion of mine and
I feel you guys would enjoy having me. I am well mannered and have a humorous side to myself also. I am currently studying Java Scripting at a level 5 (University's Master Degree) for the future of game production.

Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
I am a helpful, kind, generous and motivated young man. I have an extreme amount of patience and enjoy playing WoW for many reasons. Some reasons would include interacting with other people and playing the game to a competitive level (PvP Rating with friends). I always strive to be the best.

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
Computer games: 6-7 years.
What kind: Strategy is my game. I have an ultimate brain for tactics (which also applies for raiding) and FPS. I play Call of Duty on Xbox 360 at a highly competitive level (Lan Competitions).

There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
I have a prediction you guys would have needed a helping hand, Closure and Postal have too many requirements to join their guild and they just don't seem all that friendly, I spoke to a guy from your guild. He was rather helpful and we did a Heroic Scenario together. He influenced me and told me to get applied and gave me his luck.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
I own my own guild, but I want to join this casual raiding/social guild to progress in ilvl and get better equipment. I have never joined a big guild before on any server.

Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?
I know one guy called Devlan, he directed me here. I only know of him from this morning when we did a heroic scenario as mentioned above.

Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?
I agree with your what we look for, I know you only want the best, but I could become better through this guild. The philiosophy post I alos agree with, I will keep myself up tod ate with everything that goes on in WoW and in the guild!

What do you look for in a guild?
Friendly Supportive players who raid and have a social life also.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
I have a Paladin level 82 "Burtank" and I play him sometimes when I am in the mood to level.

''Dead Men Raiding'' - What comes to mind when you see that guild name?
People who raid until they phhysically can't anymore, They do not quit after 1 attempt and continue through rough and hard situations.

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you?
A great friendly helpful player. Someone who is active and continues to help others before himself.

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
The fact that questing is too boring, hence why I only have 1 90. After 5.3 I have started leveling a little more on different characters but not much seems to be easier.

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
I kindly ask them not to repeat it towards me, although I find nothing offensive.

Every night!

What kind of raiding experience do you have?
Everything done in raid finder, No heroic or normal ToT as of yet.

Why did you decide to play this class?
I wanted to start out PvP, but that got too repetitive, so I changed to PvE

What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
I feel it is to DPS down the boss as fast as possible & remain stuck to the tactics of that boss.

Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)
I enjoy playing Combat, I am soon going to be dual-specing Subtlety to go and drop dots on all the bosses and help even further. I chose combat as it is the main spec for rogues on PvE, I don't like assassination & enjoyed playing subtlety back in Cataclysm. Once I change spec, I will have to learn the experienced rotation of it all again, but I am dedicated and will proceed to do so until mastered.

Thanks for the app Jason, Its a great app and would be worthy of a trial but ......

At the moment we don't have a melee spot available in the raid team. We would be more that happy to get you in as a social member but if its just raiding you want it could be a while.
