You probably all saw Milly's post and I know we all wish him the very best (and thank goodness we did not decide our recruitment plans based on him!).

We have these token groups at the moment:

Pala/Priest/Warlock - 4 - Whitey, Halbarad, TL, Smizz
Monk, Hunter, Shaman, Warrior - 5 - Zolena, Hubbah, Tanales, Guru, Marogar
DK, Druid, Mage, Rogue - 3 - Jas, Devlan, Ammon

The way I see it we have a couple of options.

  • Offer Guru the spot as a dps DK with tank offspec.   This would mean we could take either an ele shaman, boomkin or mage.
  • Recruit either a boomkin or a mage
  • We offer the spot to Swede - but we discussed that the other night and I am not at all convinced that he cuts it (logs show he does not either)
Either way we need to get the DK/Rogue/Druid/Mage group up in numbers and we need to leave Pala/Priest/Warlock at 4 as it is the least dropped token.

Time to start spamming.

Spoke to Swede about it tonight.  He'd seen the shout for a ranged dps so I covered it off with him.   He's interested in the spot but could not provide 100% performance, over the summer he'd be fine but when his Italian lessons restart after summer even when they're moved to an earlier start tiem would still mean him missing an hour or so of at least 1 raid per week.   Talked about performance levels and he knows he has not always hit the mark.   Also mentioned we're still not sure what class we'd actually take and it could be ele shaman, mage or boomkin.   He knows it's a long shot but he also now knows it is less likely he would get it.
