There's a short but succinct review here that takes a look at the budget range of memory from OCZ, selling under the Performance Range name.  For memory of this speed it is very cheap, for example you could get the top'o'the'range dual channel matched pair 2 x 512MB sticks for less than £300.  That is hellishly cheap for top end RAM.

The better news is that it overclocks even faster.  The review managed a 275MHz FSB (DDR550) which gives it PC4400 performance!  It also comes with a lifetime warranty for overvolting - the warranty is valid right up to 2.9v which is amazing when you think that the above overclock was managed with just 2.75v.

OCZ have come along way since their early days and their Gold RAM is highly regarded within the overclocking fraternity.  It seems from the review that their budget range is good too, so check it out!

Wow, this is actually the first PC4000 since Adata I ever considered... usually the PC3200 BH-5 is the best choise but 275FSb is.... tempting ;) Well still nothing for me since my 2.4b only gives me 3.2 at 1.65 :(
