Hi Folks,

I'm back after a huge gap and just installing BF4, is there a new try out process? I'm hoping to get stuck into some games again with everyone if possible and have a firend, Dodsy who would like to come and have a few games too,  looking forward to getting blown to pieces with you lot again so ill see you (or parts of you)in the game as soon as its installed.

are there any performance tweaks anyone has found or issues that can be avoided?

Haven't heard off any performance tweaks yet.

I need words with you at some point regarding a new pc  :norty:  running on low just isnt cutting it for me



Performance tweaks ...

Just the usual stuff at the mo drivers up to date ect... Still some bugs knocking about the odd client/server crash playable tho

Some bits here for tweaking .. Tho I didn't bother myself

I saw a youtube clip where someone explained how he got more frames while playing:

He recommends to use this program to disable CPU core parking (never heard of it before).
I tried it and I do notice some improvement in fps.

I've had a chat with Ninja, all members who are allowed to use the [dMw] tag in BF3 may use them in BF4 as well.

Awesome news, getting back into it a bit now, still cant hit the side of a barn @ 40 paces but improving slowly.
