Saw a post on OpenRaid from a chap called Polymorf who is the GM of Rollin With Gnomies, a guild on Ahn'Qiraj.

They have about 6-8 regular players interested in Flex, so I figured I'd drop him a line as he was interested in a 'guild merge' for Flex raiding.    I'm figuring that means we buddy up to give us a reliable attendance.   At worst it might mean one raid where we conclude they suck and then walk away.   At best it might mean we get an improved Flex running regularly.
