Hi Toby, I land at Terminal 5 at 10.40 and will be traveling business class so will trample over the minions that may get in my way and romp through the luggage hall with only hand baggage, without a care in the world. If you pick up pnuts at the same time as I land then I should be out and waiting for you on your return to the M25.

(Joke, using up miles and the only way to get 2 pieces of hand baggage without paying these days even with BA, total cost £50 return!)
