Guys and Gals of dMw, we the Admins and the council have been talking over the numbers of the LAN and take up has been a little low but we hope that it will pick up.

But to be fair to the hotel we have decided to have a cut off date.   This date if we do not have enough people booked in to the hotel then we will cancel it.  :crying:

The cut of date is Friday 14th of February

We need 27 people to have signed up.  


So it over to you, we are not trying to guilt anyone into coming just letting you know the the facts, just the facts and now you have them

We really hope it goes ahead and I am sure you are too.

I will also point out that you don't actually pay for the hotel etc until the actual weekend of the Lan. Don't do what I did and forget this and think I would need to wait until pay day to book. 3 months worth of wages to come before the Lan and this includes 2 months of no council tax.... Game on....

Big bump for those still interested in DMW Lan 25. Don't forget there is a cut off point or the event will get axed...
