Do you have Battlefield 4 Premium?

To help decide our future server settings, Ninja would like to know what proportion of our Battlefield 4 players have Premium and can therefore use all the released maps and those to follow.

Although da_Ricci and King are not allot on the forums, they also have it so +2 for Premium.
