Ranked server

We voted to keep our BF4 server ranked, but it is back to "Official".

I had a full server this evening, but people kept leaving because of a few abusive players and cheat-whiners.

I spent half the game getting called god knows what in Portuguese (Google translate wouldn't tell) and Swedish "fallskrmen luktar milkys pung" and couldn't kick or kill a single player.

We NEED the server Ranked so it can be admined properly.
