BF4 server

Server is now set to 64 slot.
-currently investigating why it still shows as only 60 slot (even removed reserved slots and it made no difference)
  Fixed - it needed additional settings in the startup.cfg
-should we change the name to include number of tickets

Ranked or Official
-as this is a temporary 64 slot experiment to see if we can fill a 64 slot server better than a 32 slot server , which are we going for?    Empty servers still cost money.

Admin Tools
-are there other admin tools we should be using to spam messages etc

Seeding
-we need to push the seeding of the server again during the trial period.   We're aiming to run this for 3 months and then make a decision on value.
