Hey everyone!

It's been a little while since I posted on here last, but I'm doing so now because I'm looking towards Warlords of Draenor and raiding in the new expansion. This means that I'd like to get started with some raids or the likes at some point before it comes out, to get into the swing of things and, you know, to be sure that I have a team to raid with. Therefore, my question is: What are our plans for raiding? Will we start again and if so, when and who? I'm thinking both Siege of Orgrimmar and Warlords of Draenor raids. I know Siege of Orgrimmar isn't the most exciting place to go to, but I think it'd be a good idea to get some raiding going if and when we need to start looking at recruits for the upcoming expansion.

So basically, I'm willing to get some raiding going again - if we are enough that are interested?

Hai Ziley,

Many of the core are playing other games currently. Well lets face it, WoW has got quite boring.

Aszune is quite a dead realm now, yes you can raid x-realm but its alot harder to organise if you want frequent and reliable members. When people started leaving for 1 reason or another we were re-cruiting, yet there wasnt a great deal of interest and it was the age old problem of having to get people geared up ready for HC modes.

I would be interested in raiding again and within DMR. I think we would probably have 4 maybe 5 that are interested...who knows :P

I personally dont think the new expac will be out till Oct/Nov time even if its late Sept thats still at least 3-4 months away. Its still a long grind.

It happens with most expacs but i think they have shot themselves in the foot with LFR and flex raid....its so easy now and gets boring quickly. Again we lose lots of people around this time but come when there is more news about the release people will come back and maybe we can run a few raids to get back into the swing of things...

Good point Ziley

At the moment we are just ticking away waiting for the expansion.... We will be looking to reform our raid team when we know more along the lines of the release date.  We should be fine for flex/normal ... as for mythic 20 man only we have the option of more recruitment or merging with another guild. Its looking like the latter (see below)

As switch says Aszune is a bit dead at the moment ... great for leveling but crap for recruitment.

Im all for anyone wanting to get a raid team up and would fully support any efforts to do so .... It will not be easy pre expansion but also not impossible

Its worth having a chat on ts to see what we can come up with

Yeah it's a bit easier to do this over TS. I'll try to come on at some point, but as Switch points out, it probably isn't a rush to get ready for WoD with the current expected release date.

Since my return to Aszune and the Alliance, I haven't seen more than 2 people online, had to put my hunter into another guild for now as it's lonely without a guild and I'm yet to find an officer to inv me to guild. But even so, if you guys aren't coming back til WoD i'll stick to my current guild until then just for people to talk to!

I plan to return prior to WoD, also to raiding, not sure which class yet though. That will be decided, when we get nearer.
