Since this thread is already up, I assumed this might be a nice place to put some of the information we can find regarding the Carrack. Having run through the mini-game, I found some information.
Aside from the other bits and pieces, it looks like they're calling the launch a Pisces class and they're putting in the Ursa class rover (i can imagine that a few Aquila owners might be cheesed off). All the facilities (medical, repair and crew quarters) and built in (not pods). However, the cargo IS in the pods. Each pod provides 1440 capacity (again - from the mini game). From this it potentially could mean it would be capable of carrying 4320 which isn't too shabby. Not a scratch on the merchantman mind you.

Incidentally, a few of the blue bubbles are hidden under unlucky adventurers so I couldn't get to them. There is a reward for completing the mini-game too - the Cartographer forum title

Managed to do it myself as well.

Here are some of the decision outcomes:
F = Fuel, H = Hull, M = Morale.

1st  ask around -5 M, stay low: +5F, stay low -15F
Moon alert: light side -10 F, dark side: -30H
meteroroids alert: search: -5F -35H -5M, scan: -45H +5M or +5M
rival exporers: confront: -5M or +10M, diplomatic -5F -45H -5M
jump point scan: enter: -5F -5M, probe -25H -5M
banu slavers: indignation: +5M or -25H
nebula: enter: +10M
crew problems: let them sort: -10F -5M, intervene +5F +5M
vanduul: fight: -5F -35H +10M, hide: -5F +5M
derelict ship: dock: -5M
day 88 jump
