They don't do CCU for new concept sales though and what I've seen is the upgrade options are to the next ship higher, normally general release ships e.g. 300 -> Hornet

Personal observation only. I've not seen a ccu from a concept to any other package either standard pledge or limited offer. There's not a ccu I would choose over the Aurora LN I have and the Connie upgrades were in similar ship categories. My citizen time is pretty short though.

Well, the M50 was a concept sale as far as I'm aware, and there are CCU options for it.

From it to only standard ships as far as I can see. So to nothing you'd actually want. Plus the ccu prices so far have exactly matched the base price plus upgrade option costs so no fast cash making opportunity.

The way CCU works now (only on ships that are AC ready) is not necessarily how it will work in the future.

You can add the M50, 350r and 325a to that list.

CCU to a concept ship won't appear until the ship is hangar ready.
