The 2012 model had some issues with Lollipop from what I read, the 2013 model (which mine is) is apparently fine.

I bought my Nexus 10 in March 2013, is the 10 affected by the slow problems, and if so how can I be sure it's a 2013 build?

All I can find is the build no. KTU 84P

The problem I read about only affected first gen Nexus 7 models (official name of the second generation product was 'Nexus 7 2013' as opposed to the 'Nexus 7' which is the first generation product), not the Nexus 10.  I'm not aware of having read anything about Nexus 10 problems and I don't have a 10 so I can't check, sorry!
