Well as all us geeks know Nvidia is in a bit of a mess for the GTX970 having a split memory allocation, only allowing 3.5Gb to be accessed at full speed.

OverClockers are the only retailer at the moment to offer refunds on all brands of 970, others will follow suit I'm sure.
