After a couple of weeks banging heads with Oregorger we need a break. We will be looking at Hans and Franz and Beastlord Darmac. Please do your research before the next raid and empty your bags for Phat lewt

H&F is a pretty easy fight

Only thing you have to worry about is the crippling suplex cd`s for the tanks (sac from a pala)

And the "stamper phase" as it wont land in the same place for 30 secs, just keep mobile and push them over
try to keep them stacked for cleave (they share hp pool).
Ranged can cheese the boss by standing between the moving conveyor belts, and shuffling left/right when the hot iron plates move down (avoiding any damage) and staying still for casting.

For oregorger, he`s pretty easy also as he`ll never roll backwards, and you can (and should) force the path of him by killing the boxes

If he`s headed your way, move to the nearest corner, and wait for him to hit the wall, then move to where he has rolled from.

The strategy we use,Melee need to nail every interrupt to prevent massive raid damage, and the ranged stack together.. move as a pack(apart from the spit target) left, forward, right forward (aka the zig zag shuffle).
For the tanks, palas should use Hand of sacrifice for the damage absorb mechanic, as this mitigates a HUGE amount (glyph it)
After you have forced him to roll,  ranged mix between killing boxes and dpsing the boss when he`s rolling, melee just focus on killing boxes.

Its a fun fight, but very fluid as there is no "set pattern" for his roll path, even if you kill the boxes and force his route.

Basically a lot our ranged dps(and healers) lurk between line 2 and 3, this usually enables a decent amount of free time on the boss as well as killing the boxes.

After he (it?) has eaten 10 stacks of ore he`ll stop, gather the raid up, and prepare for the ZZ shuffle again, repeat your pull phase..

If he rolls off again, you should have him at sub 15% or less, but you may be low on mana for healers (all depends on kit and how good the interrupts are)
and if he is, focus on killing it, and melee kill the boxes to force him past the ranged dps (ambush tactics)

Common sense is not a gift, it`s a punishment
As you have to deal with everyone who does not have it...

We killed H&F and Oregorger weeks ago :flirty:

Maybe I shouldnt put this here but I have a suggestion.

I know you (officers), have mentioned to lock out next time so we can fully focus on Blackhand if needed. However I thougth it would be smart to get Blast furnace aswell.

Because, in my situation, I need all wingleaders once and black furnace twice to complete the quest so we cna go to blackhand immediatly.
So assuming we get to blackhand this week, we dont lock out the raid yet go straight to blast furnaceand skip the other bosses (or kill some other end bosses for gear) and then go to blackhand using the thing we get from the quest.

You may need to explain it to me later Drea ... I do know we are starting fresh this week tho.
