dMw Elite Power Play strategy

Hi Gents,

So we will have to agree a strategy to lead the community into the Power Play environment in Elite.

My take on power play is that there will be major factions, some we already know and love, plus a few extras. There will be community based rewards for backing a particular faction and certain rewards will only be available if you are friendly to a particular faction.

Does that mean we want to sign up as a group to one faction? My opinion is probably yes if we are to work as a community.

We'll only know more about how the game will work in the coming days/ weeks.

If anyone has any more news to share or ideas then please discuss them here in the admin section before igniting the spark in the main forum section.

Hopefully access to the beta of 1.3 will give as a window into what we can expect and devise a plan of action from there.

I agree, the Beta looks like the best way to learn the ropes. We need to give some guidance I think so we don't end up with dMw Cmdrs dispersed across all the factions and opposing each other.
