I pity who has to sort that lot out as soooo much is obsolete...

Ive asked for about 6 months now for 1 of the pets in the bank, yet was told it was for a comp. That never happened. Ive put several pets in the bank that would match the value of the pet that i would like.

Also there are several items that i would like to purchase so how can we go about this?...

Back in the day im sure if the raid team didnt need an item it went for half current market value?...

I dont raid anymore but would like to improve my gear...easiest way is buy it :g: this will also help Jas with the guild fund on raidwipes.

Any old stuff is just sitting there for anyone to use ... Sorting it out is no problem as ill just vendor it if the bank gets too full.

The pets have indeed been gifted to us and will in the future be comp prizes.

Regarding any gear ... we never sold gear for half price. We did sell some crafting items at one point but that was a specific issue to help gear up the raid. Boe items just get thrown on AH for anyone to buy.

 Its tricky to distribute guild bank items in a fair way throughout the guild the best we can do is sell stuff for free repairs / comp prizes

We used to have a tab in guild bank (Tab 2) which was an 'honesty' tab and anything we put in there was fair dibs for members to buy at 50% of the AH value, but we tended to put other stuff on there not 'the good stuff'.   Anything good was sold at full value on AH, otherwise members would have got wise and not spent their dkp and then picked it up for song from guild bank.   That was the reason for not selling anything 'good'.

The guild has purchased tabs which are viewable by all members.

Tab1: DMR Inbox
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
All members of whatever rank can deposit items for guild bank into this tab, whether from raids or donations.
Council will then sort items from the Inbox to their final destination tab.

Tab2: DMR Public
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
Any item in this tab is available for sale to those of Member rank or higher.
The price of the item is 50% of the current AH price. If a member wants this item simply deposit the appropriate sum of gold and then withdraw the item from this tab.
Please feel free to take cooked foods etc for free, but it would be nice to see you people deposit uncooked foods in return at some point!
Members or higher rank please feel free to cook and return any raw foods in this tab for use by members.

Tab3: Council 1
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
Council can withdraw items or gold from this tab and will do to sell and realise gold for guild bank, or to place in public for a member to buy for a pre-agreed price.
If anyone wants to buy an item in this tab please speak to a Council Member, agree a price, deposit the money and the the item available to you by placing it in the Public tab for you to withdraw.
These items are available for personal use only, not for re-sale or trade.

Tab4: Council 2
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
Council can withdraw items or gold from this tab and will do to sell and realise gold for guild bank, or to place in public for a member to buy for a pre-agreed price.
If anyone wants to buy an item in this tab please speak to a Council member, agree a price, deposit the money and the the item will be made available to you by placing it in the Public tab for you to withdraw.
Council also withdraw items from this tab to assist guild raiding.

Commission Sales
Valuable BOE blues and epics will be stored in Council 1. If any member finds a purchaser from outside DMR (ie not a DMR member) for this type of item then please speak to an officer and get a price agreed with them. DMR guild bank will pay a 10% commission on all such sales to the member who arranged the sale to a non-guild member. Simply get the price agreed with a Council member and the item will be placed in the Public tab for you to withdraw and then you can deposit 90% of the agreed sale price into the guild bank in return.

The arrangements for Guild Bank use an 'honour system' which relies on the integrity of our members. Please make good use of these permissions but please do not abuse the system.

Ok cool....The pet I want I will just go grind it and I will continue to put any half decent pets I get duplicates of into the bank to be used for comps or to be sold to the benefit of the guildbank and the repairs we get from it

Jas, I understand what you mean by distributing the stuff in guildbank fairly...It is on show to all and people can check it whenever they like and obviously speak to a council member about it which i have and then made a post. They are items that have been picked up in a raid...So nobody needed them in the raid group which is the priority of the guild.
I would like to purchase some boots. ( will find them and link shortly ).

I can wait to buy them and to make it fair to others to read this....Say i purchase them 7days after i request them?...Would that work?...

I dont mind paying full whack for them, would rather my gold go to the GB rather than another player
