We seem to have run our course with the raiding at the moment. Im calling the raids until a point where we can field a full team.

The main problem we have is attendance. If we have 24 people invited we should be getting 20+ available.

The raids we put up are a commitment from dMr that we WILL be raiding. Every time a raid is canceled we are breaking that. It hurts the people who are available. Asking people to put aside an evening is not something we take lightly. Calling raids is not acceptable.

We have had an extended break of the holidays but we are still sitting short on numbers ....  

Its time to draw a line on raiding... We have had a good run and I expect we will Raid Legion when it arrives.
We still have a good group of people wanting to raid so you may need to scratch your raid itch with another guild that's fully understandable. It makes me feel dirty to say it

Realy is a shame that we can not get even a single raid a week started, I raid during the Christmas season with another guild, but as I said to Hal is not the same, and would, as I said be ready by Sunday, but can also understand the problem we have week after week the past several months we've been struggling to get just 10 players to the raid, but I hope at some point we all will be ready for a little raid .. My clear experience with raid with another guild is that it is far easier to raid with a larger group, the players there performing HC without actually knowing tactic hehe just a group for me :)

Anyone fancy a raid or 2 before Legion? I'm currently boosting Sith through the lvls, should be 100 by the weekend at latest. Don't think i've raided with you lot since early Cata.

Me, jas and smiz raid with another team on Wednesdays and I'm fairly sure it would not be a problem if you guys tagged along one night or 2, just get some gear beforehand through mythic dungeons (sure we can help with that) and LFR
Maybe there\'s something to be said for being different. We are who we are. What more could we ask for?
