Surely rather than spending £130m on extra security at Calais, it would easier to pay the $2,373 fee to get a people smuggler to smuggle them back into France?  That would pay for the 'return' of 85,461 illegal tunnel runners which is way more than we actually have arriving, so there would be a cost saving.

This idea makes me feel happy.  Doing my bit to help the deficit! :roflmao:
