On a serious note I've just read that they have a collection of old vintage cameras. So I might actually give it a visit.

I've requested info about the screen size (there is a ceiling mounted already in the room) and the projector resolution.  We'd need sound wired up too, but that's fairly easy to resolve if needed.

Ok, screen info:

OC's equipment:
8ft diagonal ceiling mounted screen
800x600 projector
no sound system

Rental equipment
8ft wide screen (more than 8ft diagonal) free-standing screen
1024x768 projector (very high lumens) on height-adjustable stand
Weighted rubber mats for cables etc
Price: £250 for the whole LAN

Now the price I don't think is too bad.   They deliver, set up,  connect to our whatevers, they bring all the cables and connection bits and don't leave until it is all working, then they collect at the end and take away.  However, I reckon we might be able to find a projector of that spec and a screen should not be too expensive on its own.  But if we cannot, I'd seriously consider a rental.   If we want 2 x active speakers on stands for the sound we can rent them for £95 for the duration, same deal (deliver, connect, collect).

It depends, if we can find somebody with a decent resolution projector then you don't need to find the sheets.

What's the SP on the whole projector thing please?  I can't remember!  

I seem to recall we agreed it was going to be easier to project onto a wall to avoid blinding people, but I have no clue what we had planned for a projector.
