Evening Gents,

I shall be on for the 7:45 mission time. Who else will be reporting in?
"Do you know what an artist and a sniper have in common? Details. Like when a touch of color is out of place. When a shadow does not match with its surroundings. Or when a shape is not where it is supposed to be. The only difference is the stakes. Mine are higher." - Glaz

Here and reporting in sir

Penfold

Sorry not tonight for me.

Literally just walked in the door from shooting. Got to clean the guns and grab some food so it may be a little late.

If I can, I will.

Enjoy.

TwoBad

Very well played all, really enjoyed that !!

had a good time thanks for that guys, sorry i wasn't that good, still nervous aorund you lot haha, but thanks for letting me join in :)

Tutonic

Sorry I had to drop out early, real life and all that. I tried my best to uphold the finest dMw tradition of getting us all killed on an exposed mountain side, and think I nailed it. Sadly, the only medals being given out this week are going to be Purple Hearts :sideways:

Glad you enjoyed yourself Rogue. It's not an easy game to pick up and we've all been playing with each other for a while now, if you're not sure what's going on or need a bit of guidance just ask :)

No worries man, RL before gaming life haha, things happens and it's no worries at the end of the day I enjoyed the nice last ( sort of ) stand in the hill. Be following your command in a heart beat :flirty:.

I am still getting used to playing in a bit group, I ain't a confident person with new people because I always worry about letting you all down. I only normally okay with two people and we move a lot more slowly due to our size, but I will get the hang of it soon I hope as long as you don't mind me tagging along

Tutonic

You are always welcome, don't worry about that. The chances of you 'letting us down' are effectively zero because, as you have seen, we like to get ourselves killed a lot :D

Haha I ain't got much choice lol,I need to keep up with you lot haha

RogueTaylor

Also need to learn your voices lol

TwoBad

In case you haven't noticed, we all die a lot :lmfao:

But seriously, don't be afraid of asking questions and if you ever need to pause during a mission to get to grips with something just say.  Provided we're not engaged with the enemy everyone will be happy to give you some time.  We all remember what its like starting out !!

Also, if you ever want to jump on the server when its quiet to sort kits or have a play with some of the weapons just let me know and i'll help out.

I ain't a complete noob guys, I got 130 hours on arma, I know a good amount of info on it lol but thanks very much tho I appreciate it. I know a few guns that I love to use like the mk200 and the beautiful mk-1 marksman rifle. I think I was having trouble with amount of enemies and positioning, on the hill at the start and when me and two other flacked up the hill next to the church we weren't in good positions, we need to look at taking the mission more slowly and look at maybe have a scout, because the start of that mission had a very bad start its funny tho haha.

As per rule 1 of the ROE
Quote1. LISTEN TO YOUR SQUAD LEADER!!! AND FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS!!!!!!!!  I cannot stress this enough!!!  The guy who has stepped up to lead,  will have a plan or ideas which he wishes to be carried out.  The Leader  has a plan, your  role is to follow it.  If you are ordered to go  somewhere and do something, do it.  If you are not sure or want to  suggest something else, you may.  If they listen and take on board then  great, but if not please follow the orders.   It is hard work leading  and there is nothing more frustrating than having a plan then watch  someone wonder off with their own idea.  Admins will be on hand to help  echo the leaders wishes.
So once you've settled in i'm looking forward to your leadership on a mission or two
