Yup! That and the fact I get an IM from Sadako every time I start up even though the conversation took place a week ago :(

It seems to be happening to everyone since the last steam update <_< .

Found a solution, of sorts, on the steam forums, but if you follow the instructions below make sure to note down the ip addresses of the favourites you want to keep, as when you start steam you’ll have no favourites listed.

Close steam.

Go into C:/Program files/Steam/config and find the file called serverbrowser.vdf rename this file then launch steam.

When you go into your favourites list there should be nothing listed, re-add the servers that you want.

It may not be the best solution but if you’ve got a lot of servers in your favourites you want to remove it works  :)

Try manually removing each server from your favourites (I only have 3 in my favourites so its easy) until there are none left. then close the server window, reopen it and add the servers you want.

Worked for me after the update.

Hmm that’s odd as that file is the server list as such once removed they should be gone

Did you close steam delete the file then restart steam, oh well maybe it was fixed with this update. Sorry mate no idea why it didn’t work… sigh… steam the never ending beta <_<
