Hi folks,

thought I'd spin GTA up again and have a bash. However, it won't load...

I login to social club and then I get the Loading... spinning circle. Is anyone using windows 10? It can't be a compatibility issue but I thought I'd rule it out. I've deleted and re-installed...

Any ideas?

Maybe try running it as administrator? Not sure if that is possible in W10? But it seems to fix loading problems win W7
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

I'm running GTA V on Windows 10 without an issue. Loading through Steam without issue. I think The game does try to connect to Rockstar Social for DRM stuff though? Might be an issue there?

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

As snooks said. Usually running as administrator does it.

Admin doesn't do it. May need to look at firewall as Smilo has a good point. Will revert asap.

Just circling back.. In the end it was "where" I was installing the game that was the issue. I installed it on a secondary drive and not the SSD. I think it put the Rockstar Social in the SSD drive and it confused the other.. Once I installed the lot on the SSD drive everything was back to normal again..
