Do we have any Admin Guidelines?

I've seen it mentioned in a couple of places but I can't find a post on Admin Guidelines. I've looked through the most obvious places I can think of and attempted to use the search.

Click "Home" on the nav bar and on the left "Community Sections"  panel it's under "Standards"
