I think we need to finalise the dates for LAN XXX so I can go to the hotel in good time to book the room.

I know 3 or even 4 days has been mooted. Are we able to pin it down precisely so I can talk to The OC ?

Well we asked and the community and there was a want for a 4 day LAN, so I see we add make Wed night the Thursday night club  a day do a whole day social on the friday. Ninja you agree?

What would you do on the Thurs night then?

Perhaps make it curry and social wed - give people a chance to arrive and come around then make poker thurs night and social on the friday?

It's a idea and not a bad one might run some comps for fun etc.
We will still have people arriving on Thursday and the friday so it's all up for grabs.

4 days was booked some time ago as a safety net iirc as cancelling it nearer the time is easier than not being able to book a wanted additional night!
