this game is now half price on steam so instead of 30 its 15 and also has a free weekend so if interested try it out i know i am going to give it ago and see if its worth it

Tried the free weekend, it felt like a pretty ordinary Arma clone to me.

I won't be buying.

I was wondering if anyone from DMW had played and what they thought of it. The format feels perhaps a little to long form, compared to the style of play with BF and CS.

However it also requires a tonne of teamwork, which i've always thought of DMW being excellent at.

Merged your posts into the other thread, FBG. Not sure if any are playing this, as it seemed to fall a little flat back in 2016... we already have an excellent ARMA team and active player base, I'd highly recommend joining them for a Sunday night if you're looking for a military sim style shooter.

I'm partial to a bit of Squad every now and then, especially now they've added the British Armed Forces and they put out big updates out sort of frequently. Much better to play with some buddies though!

I played a free weekend of it.. only played for a couple of hours though... as playing alone with randoms is a bit naff.

I picked up a copy yesterday.  Would be good in a group of players you know.  my first experience was in a squad where the SL didn't want to lead which was frustrating for the team
