How many of us can he hotel fit?

We're booked from Wed-Sun.

The hotel isn't an issue but it has 33 doubles and 8 twins. If over subscribed then people have stayed just up the road at The Griffin.

It's more a case of how many people we can fit into the gaming room and that's being discussed

We're booked from Wed-Sun.

35 x Double; 8 x Twin, so we can get a minimum of 51 and more if the couples avoid Twins and use the Doubles.  We then move into overflow accommodation, which I'm talking to the hotel about, but it involves using some rooms not normally released, a couple of staff flats and then the use of other local (walking distance) accommodation.    We should not run out of space in March unless we exceed 70 people! :norty:

Arrival time at Stansted 13:40, leaving Sundays around 15:00
