LAN XXX Transport Thread

Please post here if you need help with transport from an airport to the LAN (or back again). When transport has been offered by another LAN/Meet attendee we'll add the details here so that we can see who has transport and who still needs to be helped out.

When booking your flights if it is possible please can you aim for the morning of the day you arrive and on the Sunday the later flight would be preferable.  We understand that this is not always possible and we will always work round this but if it is possible it will make life easier.  

Also if it possible arrange to arrive in pick up points around the same time.

In the mean time I am looking into another option which might help the STN group.  No promises, but we'll see what we can do.

I'll be attending and leaving from the Lincolnshire area (specifically Scunthorpe). I'll be available to car share for the fair price of a couple of drinks! I would hope that people would be able to drive to my locale and leave their cars here (its a cul-de-sac so its quiet). But I don't mind picking people up if its on the way.

My thinking is if we share cars, we reduce the overall cost of stuff!

I'd appreciate a LHR pickup on Wednesday, with pc-tower and monitor :)  Any Terminal works for me. Unless a kind soul wants to swing by Maidenhead and pick me up from there :)

No worries mate just get it booked up or give us a shout and we can help with the planning, we have not allocated any of us to pick ups yet so there is pleanty of time from our end to sort this out.

There now my flights are booked as well, Will arrive at Stansted at 07:55 on Thursday with flight FR53 and I will leave on Sunday at 18:25 with flight FR58
Maybe there\'s something to be said for being different. We are who we are. What more could we ask for?
