Play the dMw way.

1. LISTEN TO YOUR SQUAD LEADER AND FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS
The guy who has stepped up to lead,  will have a plan or ideas which he wishes to be carried out.  The Leader  has a plan, your  role is to follow it.  If you are ordered to go  somewhere and do something, do it.  If you are not sure or want to  suggest something else, you may.  If they listen and take on board then  great, but if not please follow the orders.   It is hard work leading  and there is nothing more frustrating than having a plan then watch  someone wonder off with their own idea.  Admins will be on hand to help  echo the leaders wishes.
Remember, if you think you can do better then please step up the following week!

2. PICKING UP DOWNED PLAYERS ASAP
We play as a team, we don't respawn, so if a team mate goes down make every  effort to pick them up as soon as you can.  If you are under fire call for support, don't just ignore them and carry on fighting.
As soon as someone goes down, call it out and state who you are and that you are picking them up.  It will then be the teams job to provide you with security.

3. CHECK BEFORE YOU DO
Don't just jump in a vehicle or unload on an enemy in the distance unless the order has been give.
If you are  not sure then ask the Leader.  Maybe he doesn't know the situation has change or maybe it won't fit with his plans.

4. NO RESPAWNING
The way we play is that you will be picked up if you are unlucky to be killed.  There is to be no re spawning, this also includes disconnecting from the  server and coming back in. So if you have decided to run off in to the  distance and get clipped you will have to wait. Our map builders have  spent a lot of time finding ways to make this game more realistic and  how we want to play.
The only exception to this will be when the Leader and/or an admin agrees that it is necessary.

5. RADIO SILENCE
We all enjoy the  banter but when your leading it can be difficult to hear or give out  info. With this in mind, when playing please try and keep chat to a  gentle breeze so that information from the squad for the game can be  heard. However, when the Leader calls for RADIO QUIET or RADIO SILENCE please do it straight away, don’t be offended, he's trying to communicate with the whole group  or one member.

6. QUESTIONING THE LEADERS PLAN, DON'T!
You may think the Leader is off his rocker but they are the one who has stepped up to lead and it is tough job. So, as stated above in Rule 1, if you think you can do better why not step up. If not then do what your ordered.

7. READYING UP
Most of our missions use the same ammo box system which has a save capability, make use of it!  There is no reason why we should not ALL be ready to move out within a minute or two of the mission starting.  If the mission calls for a more bespoke setup them make every effort to sort is as quickly as possible.

8. RESPECT THE MISSION MAKER
We have some great mission makers here who spend some serious hours creating missions for your pleasure, so please play it in the way the maker intended.  So if the task is to clear a town on foot, don't obliterate it from a distance with mortars.

9. PLAY AS A TEAM
Arma is not for the lone wolf, play as a team and support your team mates.  This is the only way we will succeed and will be far more fun for all.

Thank you for your attention
