CSGO Crashed. Won't load

Hey folks,

I've been having issues with CSGO for a little while, every time I loaded I was limited to 30fps, it was as if it was being throttled and if I changed the resolution and back to my normal, it went back to normal fps, usually about 250-300.

Then just now I was playing, typed retry and it crashed. Tried to reload game, I get the launch box, loading icon appears next to mouse, but nothing happens!? Tried verifying cache to no effect, reinstalling now to see if that does anything. Any other ideas? I feel like it has been playing silly buggers for a bit now.

I'm on Win 10. GTX 760 which is on the latest driver.

Not for CSGO, I found it went overboard so took back control a long time ago.
