LAN Seating Plan

So this is a new one for us and a new one for you.

We are going to open the seating plan for you to book your preferred seat. This will happen in three stages. Firstly the Server Table and Council then Game Leaders then Supporting Members and finally everyone else.

How will it work?

The seating plan will be opened up in the same way as LAN booking. The running order is Council, Game Leaders, supporting members then everyone else. The thread will be locked in each forum section until the correct time and date. This will allow you to view the chart and discuss with your friends but not book. We will endeavour to post updated plans as spots get booked.

Game Leaders - The thread will go live and be available for booking for Game Leaders from 9.00am on Friday 9th September
Supporting Members - The thread will go live and be available for Supporting Members from 9.00am on Monday 12th September
General Booking - The thread will go live and be available for booking from 9.00am on Thursday 15th September

Once open, you can post with your preferred seat choice using the chart below as a guide.

Just post where you want to sit and we'll update the list.

To make this as fair as possible.

If you want to sit next to someone then they have to be online and fight for that spot.

Just as an observation. Have screen sizes been limited? It is going to be cosy but if there is someone with a 40" curved screen there won't be enough space for the person on either side. Might be worth setting a max screen size of 28"?

I think the largest we saw last time was 34" curved and there was still room either side.  It's a bridge we'll cross if everyone starts turning up with >36" panels, which at the moment they are not (fortunately).

Yes one to advertise so if people want to sit together they can work together and see where the spaces are.  But the other one is locked till tuesday morning.
