Following an incident at the LAN, Ninja_Freak has been banned from the Dead Men Walking community. Verbal abuse, physical abuse and damage to property is simply unacceptable and does not meet the standards that we expect of our Admins and members.

The actions were sufficiently severe in nature to warrant an immediate lifetime ban from our forums and all game servers. This ban comes into effect immediately and we have informed Ninja_Freak by email.

We are extremely upset and disappointed at what has happened and it is with regret that we have had to take such action, but we hope that you recognise the importance of keeping our community environment safe and enjoyable for all members.

We've been asked a few times today about why Ninja was banned and if it was because he just got shouty when drunk. So, to clarify............

As posted above, there were multiple factors mentioned some of which happened outside the LAN room and some of which were serious. Being drunk or shouting does not fall into the 'serious' category.

Ninja was banned for physical abuse and for causing damage to another member's car (for which Ninja has subsequently offered to pay for)

The decision was taken by the whole Council after a full discussion and a full night's sleep. It was not taken lightly and not one we relished. Sustained verbal abuse, physical abuse and damage to property is simply unacceptable.
