LAN Follow-up and grab yourself a hoodie!

• Toby and Ninja had told us some time ago that this was the last LAN they wanted to run. Having run them very successfully for several years, we are indebted to them for their hard work and are delighted to announce that Chaosphere has agreed to take over the mantle. He will shortly make his own announcement regarding his associates.
  

• The dates for the next two LANs have been agreed as:

   4^th-7^th May 2017

   12^th-15^th October 2017

•    Due to popular demand, we’re going to open ordering of more dMw branded polo shirts and also extend this to hoodies and other paraphernalia. Please keep an eye out for a separate post. As always, these will be sold at cost price.

   

•    The electrics. We apologise for the electrics which popped several times. An electrician has been out to the hotel and we’re waiting on the report.

   

•    Finally, we’re all aware that messing with people’s PC cause more than a little upset this LAN. IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to mess with other people’s machines. You may find it extremely amusing to change people’s desktops and icons but others may well feel differently. Although we encourage people to lock their PCs when they’re away from their desks (best practice), it shouldn’t have to be the case.
