Not entirely sure if anyone other than myself and TL really plays Hearthstone but ah well... if anyone does, I figured it might be a nice idea to have a thread for sharing any particularly successful/fun decks that they're playing at the moment. My best one at the moment is:

As the screenshots show I've got rank 13 with this deck and haven't actually reached the max rank I could get to with it (I've only played 6 games so far but my win:loss ratio is 5:1), I recommend this deck if you have the cards to build it, if not there are plenty of more affordable decks out there or if you're just missing a couple of cards I'm more than happy to recommend replacements. Hope this helps! :D

[Edit]
It seems the screenshots aren't really showing up on the post so I'll just put the decklist below:
Format = Card Name [Number in the deck] - Reasoning behind putting it in the deck
Mortal Coil [2] - Great card draw and easy finisher
Soulfire [1] - We've only got one of these because although it's great removal we want to keep as many cards in hand as possible
Ancient Watcher [2] - Great stats for a 2 mana card, synergy with Sunfury Protector and Defender of Argus
Dark Peddler [2] - Great for keeping a high card count in hand
Sunfury Protector [2] - Used to protect face and force opponents to attack into certain minions
Earthen Ring Farseer [2] - Versatile healing for both valuable minions and also prevents potential lethal damage
Defender of Argus [2] - As well as having the same effects as Sunfury, it buffs your minions and allows them to trade more easily
Hellfire [2] - Excellent board clear and can be used to deliver the killing blow if necessary
Refreshment Vendor [2] - Provides good healing when you want to delay your opponent in the mid-game
Shadowflame [1] - Awesome board clear, very useful when used with Ancient Watcher or other less valuable minions
Twilight Drake [2] - Synergy with the large hands that you will nearly always have
Faceless Manipulator [1] - Synergy with nearly all larger minions ie Ragnaros
Cairne Bloodhoof [1] - Very difficult to get rid of once it is on the board, therefore very good for keeping cards in your hand
Emperor Thaurissan [1] - With large hands comes large value
Reno Jackson [1] - Although we have lots of duplicates by the time you use this you will probably have drawn all of them
Siphon Soul [1] - Useful for getting rid of larger minions ie C'thun
Sylvanas Windrunner [1] - Very difficult to get rid of if your opponent has a big minion on the board
Ragnaros the Firelord [1] - Difficult to get rid of because you don't need to attack with it
Twisting Nether [1] - Excellent for large boards full of large minions
Lord Jaraxxus [1] - Incredibly powerful if you've already got an established board ie hero power is summon a 6/6
Mountain Giant [1] - If going first, tap on turn 2 and 3 so that you will be able to play it on turn 4

I've managed to get to rank 9 with this deck, very successful and fun, if you've got the cards and the time I recommend giving this a go.

Looks a fun deck and I will try to put it together - not sure if I have all the cards, but I have dust so can always try to craft some if missing!

Rank 9 is kick ass - I'll be interested to see what monthly reward you get at that level.

I play Hearthstone as well, though I was having lots of breaks so I dont have that many cards to choose from but its a great game. Used to play lots of Magic the Gathering.

If anyone has the time, can you show me the ropes please? My niece is a wiz at this and I'd like to give her a run for her money at Christmas (6 years old :s).

Btw for anyone starting with Hearthstone or playing already, would you mind using this link https://battle.net/recruit/BHPGNPXHPZ?blzcmp=raf-hs&s=HS&m=web
Its a recruit a friend link, it would unlock a Shaman hero, Morgl the Oracle! thank you!

I've clicked this and logged in, I'm sorry I never managed to get my act together to try the game out last weekend. I really want to give it a go and I read a few useful starting out guides as it seems people can get disengaged from the game due to losing a lot rather quickly if they do not have a plan.

I really like to grind efficiently and avoid using resources until I get most benefit from them. I installed the game on my PC but still need to login.

Just found made another deck that seems to work really well, the general idea behind this deck is to play lots of elementals and jade golems, the elementals often provide good early game board presence against aggro but can also provide removals and board clears, the jade golems are there to ensure that against a rogue running the new Caverns below quest we have an answer to their 5:5 minions, they work because it doesn't take long for your golems to exceed 5:5 in size.
By the time I'd lost a game I'd already won 14, it carried me from rank 20 to rank 13.
