I just watched this week's Subscribers Town Hall with the PU Lead and all round interesting bloke Tony Zurovec. This guy is really fascinating to listen too.

He and Tyler did the Subscribers questions but at the end they covered off a final question about Long Range Scanning. As a Herald owner I think I might have found my vocation. Sitting by a jump point doing covert surveillance on all the sneaky pirates in a system and selling their locations to cargo ships, bounty hunters etc. who might pay for that valuable info.
