Can you please make it clear that we're still getting complaints about them on TS and, frankly, whether they think it's justified or not this is their last chance. Sorry but we will ban them if it continues. The people complaining are not exactly querulous in nature so something most be going on which is hacking members off.

I suggest they just get out of the landing channel and use an empty channel for chat.

In an effort to head this off, I've made the beer bar as sub-channel to a new 'welcome' channel which is where people first come in. That now gives us a dedicated channel where people can hang in an non-game specific place.
