Does anyone know who these two are?

Its been commented on that they hang in the TS beer bar making remarks in silly accents to anyone joining TS. I did ask and they said they were on the forum but I couldn't find them.

I think they're CS'ers?

Don't wanna ruin their fun but it is a little puerile.

TBH it's pretty regular.

The comment made to me was that we didn't want them to detract from people joining TS.

I've mentioned it to both of them, saying that they can use an empty cs channel any time they want.

They both denied doing anything daft, and maintained that they just say hello to joiners.

I'll leave it at that for the moment and see how it goes.

What are they doing exactly?

They just sit in the beer bar on TS and every time a member joins they make a silly noise or something, or at least all I could make out was a noise. It was "hello *strange noise* " , if that makes sense lol

More than happy for them to be on TS but please not in the beer bar as it's NOT the welcome we want to give first timers. Please get the message across or we will..... permanently  :boxing: (slightly tongue in cheek)

This still seems to be happening.

I will also note that a user 'Adje' joined TS today in convo with Chico, and as far as I can see no such user is registered - unless their forum tag differs from this name.


This was mentioned to me by 2 other members, so not just us noticing...

Can confirm that Adje wasn't registered, have now asked him to do so and re-iterated in TS that we require people to sign up before accessing our TS... I would assume TS details given out by Chico... but of course can't know this for sure.. so did not make a deal of this in the TS chat, left it at the aforementioned.

Can someone remind me who these people are and why they aren't banned? Giving out a game server or TS password is a serious issue. I've not seen these clowns for a while but they really should be somewhere else. I'll not unilaterally ban them obviously but we need to either get them to behave or kick them out.

I explained it and linked him to the homepage.. I mean he seemed reasonable and said he would register.. so maybe he is just... delayed...
