Liberator

Does anyone have a screenshot of my character from June 2016 which shows my level, prior to the extinction event on the 21st.

Although pre-event pics would be okay as I didn't earn any XP building the survivalist bunker, I used "magic" to spawn in the mats and I know there were a lot of pictures because of the "interesting" attire we all had on, or not.

DuVeL

I'll have a look tonight if you're on any of my screenshots.
I'm wondering also what my level was up there to see if it would be a nice level to transfer over to the new map if that's possible instead of my current The Island character.
It also depends what we are going to do with current The Island and how boss fights are sorted on the new map.
Survivor of LAN V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIV, XVI, XVIII, XX, XXIV, XXX, XXXII, XXXIV and XXXVI so far...

Whitey thinks it's possible to transfer over from this Island Map then boot up the old one and then back again. That wouldn't happen this weekend.

I don't want them to have to do too much work though if possible.

Best I can do is these two gems, sorry guys, I seem to have miss placed so many great shots :D

and this first day in ark true love story!

I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Cheers, that is just before all the killing started and we all donned our birthday suits for the event. I gained no XP from building the "Fortress of Fun" as it was all admin give commands.

So I'm lvl80 in the original Island in case we can't get the original to sync up.

Penfold

That's fine - so we have a choice.

We can either ask Whitey to temporarily close this island and open the original to the migrate or I'm happy to artificially inseminate you with the appropriate levels using admin commands. I guess it depends on if there's anything else you'd like to bring over such as dinos or inventory items.

The sames goes for anyone else of course if they'd like to migrate a character or other items from The Island or The Center or indeed Scorched Earth.

If you don't want anything in particular, I'd rather admin it rather than give Whitey the extra work.

This ^^

Seriously, it's a massive piece of work to resurrect an old map, put it back online without interfering with existing ports etc., updating it to the latest version, configuring it for cross-Ark travel and then hoping it all works

Ahh OK.

When Whitey was talking about it he made it sound like it was pretty straightforward. Given this, Lib can we please do it adminny way then please. The dinos were so nerfed on the first server in anycase I don't think we had anything higher than 80 or so.

Presumably it would be equally hard to open up The Center as well would it?

It probably would be but it's still a lot of faff for one/two transfers.
