Town & Country Planning have met and decided the follow location are now free from any planning restrictions.

1. The Light House. One  owner (who absolutely chernoblyed it). Located on the idyllic shores in the Highlands of Ragnarok, this lighthouse features several floors ripe for building and comes complete with large holes in its walls for that rustic, shabby chic look so popular nowadays. Offered free of charge without prejudice or liability, the lighthouse would make a perfect starter home for someone looking to lay their hat. Location is 22.5° Lat,  85.6° Lon

note: We have the communal water cave underneath this for the marine creatures so there will be a lot of passing traffic and guests :thumbsup2:

If it's relatively safe, I could give that place a go? I'm still squatting at Gortex rock based fortress.

Do you have a home buyer survey and do I need a ground check? How is the energy efficiency?

I think it's a great spot. There is a giga nearby but we can sort that either by kiting or killing.

The survey will throw up all manner of problems I'm sure but then you know surveyors like to cover their butts. Hell, I'm  sure they'll say its got woodworm even thought it's made entirely of stone!

It's relatively near the red tower and would be a nice homespot.
