Stansted - access by car?

I need to pick up some duty free that got abandoned when Ryanair :sideways: decided I needed to find a different way to get home last week and unless they offer some sort of free delivery I figured I'd get it when picking up Rambo.

Just looking at stansted pickup and they charge for most everything, ...the best option seems like the "mid stay" carpark which has 1hr free and a shuttle (also free?) leaving maybe just enough time to get to the terminal and back. Anyone know if this sounds sensible/feasible?

Yes.

The express drop off is £3.50 for 10 mins then you have the short stay also paid for and right outside the terminal. Mid-stay is free and the shuttle is regular so I'd think you can get there and back in an hour.

I think it's pretty simple in arrivals - I'll dm you my number so we can find each other near some "landmark" like cafe nero
