Islands of Nyne. This will be awesome. I love the passion the devs have for their game. Yes it's another battle Royale but these guys started out about the same time as PUBG with very limited resources but a clear vision. Just read the dev update. The origin issue and stable reticlues.

Their hud is amazing and weapon and loot swapping is so much more logical than PUBG.

They already have some beautiful maps and this update post was huge. EA in the next 3 months I hope.

So I touted this way back and now!!!!! It's released on the 12th July with way more stability, performance and maps than PUBG has even at this state!!!!

I't a Cryengine game, a bit more casual than PUBG and to me just a bit more enjoyable. (I say a bit because I like PUBS, suck at it, but like it!).

They had some teething problems when their VoIP plugin started causing stuttering and lag but fixed it within 3 hours and now, I am really enjoying what I would call Crysis meets PUBG which runs well.

I played about 15 games on IoN and I have the say epic fun... I even cam top 10 a few times. Most importantly it’s fast and fun, no waiting around. Took me similar time to play 5 games as 1 on PUBG.

Must be others who have dabbled?

Actually, you can really survive to the top 10 if you have good observation and stealth, I'm not a prolific killer but I can get 800+ points for a top 5.

Really fast kitting out and map knowledge helps.

The loot boxes are ok but if you want some skins the market sells most common stuff for 4-40p.

How is this game going? looks really good not sure if i'd be any good at it though as I also suck at pubg but enjoy it. I watched a video of shroud playing it looks a lot like pubg in terms of quite fast paced jumping about-ness.

It's better fun than PUBG I think because a game lasts 10 minutes not half an hour. It is runs well, bit it'll get a lot of optimization I assume make it runs even better, and get lots of maps. But if you don't enjoy the genre why buy it?

Yea I took that gamble, I rather like the game. Runs so well on my pc I get 120 fps
