3.0.0 Key Bindings

Here're the key bindings for 3.0.0

Helpful for sure, N and B  are worth particular note. Also do you know the deal with Hydrogen refueling? Clearly important but I haven't had the time in game without a crash to run short of fuel but the devs wanted testers trying out refueling  a week ago and I just haven't found out how to do it.

I found refeuling at CryAstro to be painless, bring up MobiGlass and select cryastro service, refeul. Most it's cost me ever is 15aUEC.
As for the keybindings, V only cycles countermeasure ammo, it doesn't change Decoupled, and it's super annoying because there is no bind for it by default for me.

One other amendment.... H is the default for exiting a seat, not Alt/F which does nothing.
