For Thursday night Lan fun we focus more on a social time rather than competitions and major events. This year following many great comments and reviews from last October Lan we decided to head back to the Gurkha curry house for the Thursday night dinner.

Curry House

The curry house menu can be found HERE.

They are offering us £12 for any starter, main, rice, and naan. You do not need to give us your order in advance here, we just want to know numbers so please sign up by posting below!

Poker Night - Texus Holdem

Back with much demand is the great fun poker night which will be held following the excellent curry and will be £5 entry per person with prizes to be won. If you wish to join in then also please sign up when booking your spot for curry. Rules for the event will be sent to all participants before the Lan through PM.

Due to a few people not liking curry i am going to be going to the dinner for dinner on this night so that people are not on there own as it was. I don't really expect any others to come apart form those i have spoke to but if you fancy a American dinner instead then please feel free to join in and get some good old American grub. Also no poker for me :)

Don't worry Dick, we will be organising a group to go to the Diner in October. We wanted to keep it to one venue for May as numbers are lower, and it keeps Thursday as more of a social event.

We've already spoken to the Diner, though, and those that do go just need to mention that they're from dMw to get a deal on their meal.
All our Gods have abandoned us.

We will do that chaos, hope this doesn't cause a pain but i know twobad and cheese don't like curry so thought we could go there and eat.

Come on everyone 24 people due to turn up on Thursday night and only 7 so far confirmed any detail for the organised curry and poker.

We need to know numbers so we can book the table so even if it is a no let us know please. Don't leave it until the last minute or turning up on the day as you may well miss out.
