Armitage has been banging on about this now saying how good it's got with the latest V17 update.

I don't know how hard it is to spin up the server but I think we have everything in place.

Are we able to start a new map with the updated version and give it a go?

I have been playing on a local server for the last couple of weeks and enjoying the new changes.  they have changed crafting anf added vehicals since the lat time i played.

But Mr Admin if we start a server can we pause time while there is no one online.

That thread doesn't say what the parameter is that needs set and I can't see it in the server config page https://7daystodie.gamepedia.com/Server

I was looking at Arm's

Player count == 0 == time stopped
Player count >= 1 == time passes

but as you say I can't see the option.

Hmm not sure. Perhaps it's just not doable in multiplayer.

it may auto pause.  i have found some people saying that online.  I am on now and I'll log on first thing see if time keeps ticking.

It auto pauses, so ignore that request

But could you edit the server settings a bit for me. I would like the days to be 120 minutes. Loot respawn to 7 days and show drops on map.

What’s the default?

We’ve never set drops to show on the map which encourages rushing outside when you hear a plane to plot the drop. Not adverse to it but perhaps we need to discuss ?
