We all love and cherish TCS. A true haven from the public CS scene. Therefore it is very important that we keep the servers active. I hope more people would idle on the server(s) to get a game going. Add your TCS buddies to your friends list and let them know that you are on the TCS server idling for a game. Trust me it doesn't take much time or effort to fill up the server. Last night I got a game going and the server was full after 15 minutes.

Please don't wait for others to get on the server before you do.

Thank you,

I have a problem with idling on the server. If I switch windows to do something else while I'm waiting, my server conection times out and I drop from the server. Is there anyway I can idle without having to stare at an empty CS screen?

hmmm ... disconnected from server you say,I have never experienced that but you could do something else while waiting. Here are some suggestions (I'll keep them decent. I bet Benny and Smite have some suggestions too):

*ask other players to join via friends
*get a something to drink (coffee, beer etc)
*open cs in a separate window
*read something (comics, newspaper etc)
*listen to some music to get ready for some gaming.
*practice grenade throwing or sniping. Use your spray to mark a target. Then try and hit the spray with the selected weapon.
...

I'm not always unhelpful.

Fire it up, run around screaming, shoot walls, shoot hostages, shoot ur bolt..
You don't have to stare at it, try knitting, or call a phone premium rate chat line.
