World Border in preparation for next big Update!

HEY ALL!

So after discussing this with Pen, Oldie, Paddy and a couple of others, I have implemented a world border at 7000x7000 blocks out. This is so that we have enough space to currently explore the area within the border but leaves us enough chunks to be kept unloaded for the new update to spawn all the new fancy stuff that will be added in!

The alternative to having a world border would be to wipe the map when the new update arrives which would destroy everyone's builds on the server.

If anyone has any problems with the world border please let me know and we can work around the issue!
