LAN XXXV Booking Thread

When attempting to book a room for the LAN said they have 0 available for that weekend.

I know normally the LAN resvers a load of rooms and the guy might have though a resvered room is a booked room, would it be possible for someone to look into that or got a spare bed in a room to share going?

Ypu, please don't cancel it yet. I think the rooms have now been released to general public hence they've gone. Please keep it for the time being and I'm sure Simagule can take it over.

SO... funny story. I quit from my job. After many years of service the past month I have been screwed over many a time (the lan dates included but not the primary reason for me leaving) so i can actually attend again. however i see that the rooms have been fully booked... has anyone looked into the other hotels in the area?

And yep hang on to your room Evil as I'm sure one of these can take it. Is it a twin? We could ask them to put two single beds in and addx and simagule could share perhaps...

I just booked into the VS King William which is practically next to the oliver cromwell and im going from the wednesday - sunday and its only costing me £180 with breakfast included.... for the four nights...

Thanks for sorting you guys. Just confirmed that they're out of rooms as they released to the public once our bookings slowed down (which is fair enough, I think).

Have just spoken with the OC management. Some wires must have got crossed in the week as they definitely have rooms left and reserved for dMw! Not sure what happened there!

So addx and pesteh and anyone else give them a call ASAP and it should be all good to go!
