Can someone help??

For the past 2 days I've been trying to d/l Java JRE 1.4.2_03

but  have been unable to connect to the site java.sun.com.

I wouldn't have thought the server would be down for  2 days so -

is this a microsoft thing or is there some other setting I need to change - I am connecting from a router - but without a firewall.

Suggestions please.

At midday today their site is definately up and running.
